Fever Dream talks about substance abuse through the lens of a sufferer. It talks about how people who are close to them reach out, looking to help them but they refuse because their addiction comforts them from the world and all it's issues.
So track climaxes as their closest people loose patients with them and bluntly warn them about their issue.
